Novel traditional Arctic Finland culture experiences.

Hot steaming sauna is one of the most favored of them all.  A hot steaming sauna, after a day outdoors in the cold sub-zero temperatures, perhaps on a ski trip or a snowmobile safari, ice fishing your butt off, or something else, maybe a snowshoe safari.  Then what follows is the most logical of all Arctic activities, a steaming hot sauna bath until the heat is unbearable, and then followed by a dip in the fresh waters of the ice lake, that takes the body experience from the extreme steaming hot sauna to the other extreme of the 0’C degree chilling waters that has some time earlier had the ice cover removed for the willing volunteers to take a quick dip in the chilling cool waters and to run back into the hot sauna screaming and yelling with joy. To warm their frozen kit and balls all over again. It does sound very extreme but it is said to be invigorating and a refreshing bodily experience to enjoy.  It’s all part of the real Arctic experience in the Arctic land.
